Yes! The 10th Annual Bob Wills Fiddle Festival and Contest is returning to Greenville on November 1 and 2. THANK YOU to everyone who works and attends, and a very special thanks to each sponsor who helps to make this possible! It’s amazing how often I’m greeted these days with comments like “We’re going to Greenville this year!” or “See you in Greenville!” or “I’ll look for you at Bob Wills Fest (or ‘Fiddlefest!’) At 10 years, then, I’d say we‘ve become a tradition.

Honoring an American tradition and treasure, Bob Wills Fiddle Festival and Contest is unique to the City of Greenville. It’s about fiddling and fiddlers and the best of competitions, and about the life and music of Bob Wills. In addition to the popular and esteemed Fiddle Contest, the 2024 line-up is packed with talent, variety, and toe-tappin’ music – all in the spirit of great entertainment.

You know, Bob Wills thought of his Texas Playboys, audiences, fans, and each and every sponsor as ‘family’ and, in that spirit, the City of Greenville, the Greenville Board of Development, Joey & Sherry McKenzie and Cindy Roberts, the Estate of Bob Wills and the Bob Wills Heritage Foundation look forward to welcoming you as a returning sponsor or, if this is your first year, to say ‘Welcome to the Family.” Truly, your support of this now ‘time-honored’ event is as important as it is treasured.
